Job summary

InterCommunity, Inc. delivers primary care and behavioral health services through school-based centers in Connecticut. You will provide individual and group therapy to children, coordinate with school staff, and develop tailored treatment plans within a multidisciplinary team.

Role requires a Master’s in Behavioral Health and CT licensure, with active clinical practice. Regular hours Monday through Friday with comprehensive benefits and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Behavioral Health and CT licensure to practice clinically.
• Must retain a license to practice clinical social work or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy within the School Based Health Center.
• Coordinate with school staff to support trauma-informed care and clients.
• Develop psychosocial assessments through clinical interviews with families.
• Create treatment plans with measurable objectives and track progress.
• Document treatment in clinical records per procedures and standards.
• Collaborate with behavioral health providers to improve service delivery.
• Attend mandatory department/agency trainings.
