Qualifications

• Licensed clinician with relevant state licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) preferred or eligible for license within 3 years.
• Minimum of two years of outpatient experience including work with children or adults.
• Written and oral bilingual fluency in the patient population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial behavioral health evaluations and provide individual, group, and family therapy.
• Run at least five therapy groups per week.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and coordinate with psychiatric/medical providers.
• Document all clinical interventions per Joint Commission standards and CHC policies.
• Ensure treatment plans meet regulatory requirements and assess progress regularly.
