Job summary

Family Ark in southern Indiana is seeking a Hybrid School-Based Clinical Therapist – Behavioral Health Center to provide individual, family, and group therapy in the behavioral health center and in school settings.

Responsibilities include biopsychosocial intake assessments, treatment planning, progress notes within 24 hours, collaboration with other providers with client consent, and adherence to HIPAA and ethical standards. Full-time with flexible schedule and strong internal support.

Qualifications

• 2 years of social service experience in the applicant's discipline.
• Professional clinical licensure (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, etc.) required.
• Ability to assess and coordinate treatment for complex family systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience providing services in home or community settings preferred.
• Ability to work with diverse social and economic backgrounds.
• Must pass extensive background checks.
• Drug-free workplace with pre-employment and random testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy within school and behavioral health settings.
• Perform biopsychosocial intake assessments including history and factors affecting care.
• Develop and revise treatment plans; collaborate with other providers with client consent.
• Maintain client records and complete progress notes within required timelines.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in case conferences and supervision meetings.
• Ensure confidentiality and HIPAA compliance in all documentation.
