Job summary

Centerstone in Indianapolis is seeking a Program Director to foster a positive culture, ensure compliant and high-quality services, and drive performance across a multi-site behavioral health program. The role requires strong leadership, strategic oversight, and collaboration with clinical and administrative teams.

Under the Vice President's supervision, you will oversee fiscal results, funding development, grant management, KPI tracking, and staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two years of relevant healthcare experience or five years of behavioral healthcare experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Behavioral healthcare experience in a similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for overall fiscal results and compliance for the assigned business unit.
• Identify new funding sources and expand/enhance current services.
• Assist with grant management and ensure invoicing is timely and accurate.
• Ensure key performance indicators are tracked and met; maintain audit-ready standards.
• Hires, coaches, evaluates and manages staff; ensures quality management processes.
• Builds relationships with stakeholders and collaborates with referral/funding partners.
