Job summary

Centerstone is a leading nonprofit behavioral health system delivering care across ages in a variety of settings. The Program Supervisor will oversee administrative and clinical operations for adult, child, and family services, while maintaining a small caseload and providing direct clinical services.

This role ensures adherence to Centerstone and funder policies, coordinates referrals and admissions, and collaborates with community partners to sustain high-quality, compliant client care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Prior supervisory experience in mental health or addictions preferred.
• Florida Driver’s License with a safe driving record.
• Ability to document and manage clinical records.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, consultation, and coaching to team members.
• Carry a caseload and provide direct services to clients.
• Manage day-to-day program operations including clinical documentation, admissions, discharges, and chart audits.
• Coordinate with families, community partners, and colleagues to ensure continuity of care.
