Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of relevant healthcare experience or 5 years behavioral healthcare experience required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in healthcare management or behavioral health settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fiscal results and compliance for the assigned unit.
• Identify new funding sources and expand services.
• Manage grant processes and ensure timely invoicing.
• Track and meet key performance indicators.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Lead staff hiring, coaching, performance management, and development.
• Oversee quality management and field observations within the unit.
• Ensure EMR/databases reflect services accurately.
