Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise, consult, and coach team members within the program.
• Carry a caseload and provide direct clinical services.
• Manage day-to-day operations including documentation, admissions, discharges, and chart audits.
• Ensure continuity of care by coordinating with families, Centerstone colleagues, and community partners.
• Foster an inclusive work environment.
• Maintain departmental productivity and training expectations.
