Job summary

The role requires a Master’s in a related field with 3+ years in substance use/behavioral health and supervisory experience. Certification as Qualified Addiction Professional is expected; collaboration with community

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, psychiatric nursing, or closely related field.
• Four+ years in treatment or Behavioral Health of SUD with supervisory experience (or four years with two years supervisory for bachelor's path).
• Qualified Addiction Professional certified by Missouri Credentialing Board or applicable state board; licensure/certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical direction and supervision to assigned team members.
• Establish and maintain relationships with community agencies and coordinate services.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory standards and QM indicators.
• Develop program schedule and ensure timely documentation and reports.
• Oversee budget, staffing, and coverage; ensure appropriate service frequency and intensity.
• Lead QM meetings and staff training; support continuous quality improvement.
