The successful candidate will oversee program development, staff leadership, regulatory compliance, and financial performance, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in leadership
• Acute Inpatient Behavioral Health experience required
• Masters Degree preferred
• Bachelor's Degree required

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall operation of the hospital's behavioral health services.
• Develop short and long range plans for the service line.
• Recruit, develop and supervise service-line staff; manage contracts and policies.
• Maintain Joint Commission, regulatory licensure and accreditation standards.
• Prepare and present operational and financial reports for leadership and committees.
