Job summary

UCFS Healthcare in Norwich, CT seeks a Behavioral Health Clinician to provide clinical counseling in a fast-paced high school setting. This full-time role runs 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday, with hours from 8:00am to 2:45pm and 52 weeks per year.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document thoroughly in EPIC, coordinating with school staff and external agencies. CT LMSW/LCSW/LPC eligibility is required upon hire, and Spanish language skills are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in relevant field.
• 2 years' experience with children/adolescents or 4 years transferrable experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical assessment and client-centered treatment.
• Monitor progress toward short- and long-term goals.
• Maintain documentation per agency requirements and payer sources.
• Coordinate services with schools, DCF, courts, and other providers.
