United Community & Family Services, Inc. in Norwich, CT, seeks a Behavioral Health Clinician II to provide clinical services across individuals, children, families, couples, and groups. You will develop assessments, treatment plans, and discharge plans, with on-call support to ensure coordinated care.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field and CT state licensure (LCSW/LPC/LMFT). 40 hours per week in a fast-paced, team-based clinic with EPIC and MS Office proficiency.

Competenze

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field (MSW/MFT/MA).
• CT state licensure (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) required.
• 2–3 years of clinical experience with behavioral health services.

Mansioni

• Provide clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment using client-centered, evidence-based practices.
• Maintain an active caseload and meet productivity and quality standards.
• Maintain documentation standards for records required by licensors and payer sources in a timely fashion.
• Assess risk and determine level of care for routine and emergency clients across ages.
• Provide on-call support on-site during hours of operation.
