You'll work under BCBA supervision, providing ABA-based interventions, tracking progress, and collaborating with teachers to promote student growth and participation in the school day. Training and supervision are included, with pathways for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group behavioral support to students.
