Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group, LLC in Buellton, CA is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) for part-time work with a clear growth path toward full-time. You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings under BCBA supervision, with weekday availability and a defined local caseload.

Starting pay ranges from $21.00 to $26.00 per hour, with paid onboarding, and a $500 sign-on bonus. Training, supervision, and opportunities to advance into full-time BT roles are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18
• High School diploma or GED required
• Ability to actively engage in child-centered play and therapeutic activities
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision
• Implement treatment plans across home, school, and community settings
• Use play-based, individualized strategies to engage children
• Collect accurate session data and progress notes
• Collaborate with families, school staff, and clinical supervisors
• Apply feedback and coaching to strengthen clinical skills
• Support skill generalization across environments
