Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group, LLC in Roseville, CA is seeking a Home & Community Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in homes, schools, and community settings. You’ll work under BCBA supervision to support skill development and behavior reduction with a weekday schedule and flexibility for part-time roles.

This role offers paid onboarding and hands-on training, ongoing supervision, paid RBT certification, and growth paths into Lead BT, ABA Instructor, ACS, and BCBA roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and ability to actively engage in child-centered play.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within a defined region.
• No prior ABA experience required - we train you.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans in home, school, and community settings.
• Use play-based strategies to engage children.
• Collect session data and progress notes accurately.
• Collaborate with families, school staff, and supervisors.
