Job summary

Family of Kidz is seeking a Behavior Technician for school-based support in Westchester County, NY. The role offers part-time hours (approx. 25–32 per week) and pays $25–$29 per hour, with the schedule following the school calendar.

Responsibilities include individualized student support, collaboration with classroom staff, and implementing behavior plans while maintaining confidentiality and safety in the learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to the goals, needs and requests of students and supervisors in a professional manner.
• Work closely with school personnel to ensure the student’s success in the classroom.
• Collaborate with a behaviour consultant to provide academic, behavioural, and social-emotional support.
