Job summary

Covelo Group seeks a Behavior Technician (BT) to provide direct behavioral support in a school setting. This role offers 1:1 or small-group support for K-12 students, helping them follow routines and stay engaged during the school day.

Responsibilities include implementing behavior plans and tracking progress toward IEP/504 goals, while collaborating with teachers and clinical teams. Full-time and part-time options available; paid weekly and comprehensive benefits begin after eligibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience with ABA, Behavior Technician, or behavioral support preferred.
• BLS certification preferred.
• Ability to follow established behavior and support plans.
• Reliable attendance during scheduled school hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or small-group behavioral support to K-12 students.
• Implement behavior intervention and support plans.
• Help students stay engaged and follow classroom routines.
• Track and document student progress toward IEP or 504 goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and clinical support teams.
