Job summary

Ro Health, LLC is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support students in Carlsbad, CA for the 2026-2027 school year and beyond. This role offers 1:1 ABA therapy, data collection, and collaboration with BCBAs in a school setting.

The position is full-time or flexible, with typical Monday-Friday school hours. Ro Health provides weekly pay, competitive hourly rates, and opportunities for supervision and career growth within ABA.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification is required or willingness to obtain.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in ABA or supporting individuals with developmental needs.
• Ability to pass state and federal background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavior therapy to students using ABA and BIPs designed by a BCBA.
• Support students in achieving IEP goals including behavior, social skills, and learning.
• Collect and document data on behavior and skill acquisition; share with team.
• Assist students in developing independence in daily routines and classroom transitions.
• Reinforce positive behaviors and use proactive strategies to prevent challenging behaviors.
• Communicate professionally with educators, families, and supervisors while safeguarding confidentiality.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and supervision to support progress.
