Job summary

360 Behavioral Health is seeking a Behavior Technician in the Los Angeles area to empower children and teens to grow, learn, and thrive through ABA-based therapy. You will work 1:1 with clients, implement individualized treatment plans under supervision, and track progress toward meaningful outcomes.

The role offers paid training, opportunities for growth, and a stable schedule (Mon-Fri 7:30AM-3:30PM) with mileage and phone reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Genuine passion for helping children and teens grow.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 client support with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities (Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, ADHD, OCD, and more).
• Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve quality of life.
• Provide consistent therapy, committing to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week.
• Track progress by collecting and recording data to measure growth and guide next steps.
• Foster learning and growth with structured activities and interactive approaches.
• Collaborate with supervisors, families, and colleagues to achieve best outcomes.
• Maintain HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies to protect and support families.
