360 Behavioral Health is hiring a Behavior Technician in Inglewood, CA. You will provide 1:1 support to children and teens with Autism and developmental disabilities, implementing ABA plans under supervision and tracking progress to improve quality of life.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• A genuine passion for helping children and teens growth.
• Reliable transportation to and from client locations.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 client support with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Provide consistent therapy with at least 15 hours per week.
• Track progress by collecting and recording data to measure growth.
• Foster learning and growth using structured activities and interactive approaches.
• Collaborate with supervisors, families, and teammates to achieve outcomes.
• Maintain professional standards including HIPAA compliance and company policies.
