Qualifications

• Degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred but not required.
• Experience with children with autism spectrum disorders is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proof of TB test.

Responsibilities

• Follow ABA treatment plans and implement teaching procedures with data collection.
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy in various settings (after-school, home, community).
• Monitor and document client progress using standardized data collection tools.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to adjust treatment plans based on data.
