Job summary

360 Behavioral Health is hiring a Behavior Technician to empower children and teens with developmental disabilities. You will provide 1:1 client support and implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision, helping clients grow, learn, and thrive.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, mileage reimbursement, paid training, and a path to full-time hours based on center needs and your availability. Join us to make a lasting impact in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A genuine passion for helping children and teens grow.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 Client Support – Work directly with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Implement ABA Treatment Plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills and improve quality of life.
• Provide Consistent Therapy – Commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week.
• Track Progress – Collect and record data to measure growth.
• Foster Learning and Growth – Use structured activities to help clients reach potential.
• Collaborate as a Team – Work closely with supervisors, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain Professional Standards – Follow HIPAA and company policies.
