Job summary

360 Behavioral Health in Santa Barbara area seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician to empower children and teens with developmental disabilities. You will provide 1:1 support, follow ABA treatment plans, and contribute to steady progress through consistent therapy hours.

Starting part-time with 15–20 hours per week and scheduling Monday–Friday 2:00pm–8:00pm, with potential to grow to full-time. Paid training, milestone incentives, and mileage reimbursement support your path to impact and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Genuine passion for helping children and teens grows is essential.
• Reliable transportation is required to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 Client Support – Work directly with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Implement ABA Treatment Plans – Follow individualized plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve quality of life.
• Provide Consistent Therapy – Commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week to ensure steady progress.
• Track Progress – Collect and record data to measure growth and guide next steps.
• Foster Learning and Growth – Use structured activities and interactive approaches to help clients reach their full potential.
• Collaborate as a Team – Work closely with supervisors, families, and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes.
• Maintain Professional Standards – Follow HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies.
