Job summary

360 Behavioral Health in Glendale, CA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to empower children and teens to grow, learn, and thrive through ABA-based sessions.

You’ll provide 1:1 client support, implement treatment plans under supervision, and track progress while collaborating with families and the care team. Paid training, mileage and phone reimbursements, and a consistent Monday–Friday schedule help you build a meaningful career.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• A genuine passion for helping children and teens growth.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 Client Support – Work directly with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Implement ABA Treatment Plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Provide Consistent Therapy – Commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week.
• Track Progress – Collect and record data to measure growth and guide next steps.
• Foster Learning and Growth – Use structured activities to help clients reach their potential.
• Collaborate as a Team – Work with supervisors, families, and colleagues for best outcomes.
• Maintain Professional Standards – Follow HIPAA and company policies to protect and support families.
