Job summary

Cortica is seeking a dedicated School Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 behavior support to students with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences in school settings. You will work closely with educators, caregivers, and Cortica’s clinical team to help students succeed across their school day.

The role follows a Monday–Friday schedule with hours from 7:30 AM to 3:45 PM and requires travel between assigned sites within the service area.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of ABA/Behavior Technician experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between locations.
• First aid/CPR certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 and group ABA services in school settings.
• Implement BIPs and skill acquisition programs aligned with IEPs.
• Collaborate with school teams to integrate behavioral strategies in daily routines.
• Collect data and maintain session notes and incident reports.
• Participate in team meetings and school-based training.
