Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supporting students with behavioral interventions in an educational setting.
• Ability to follow BCBA-provided strategies (e.g., discrete trial training).
• Support during unstructured times (lunch, recess) as directed.
• Participation in IEP and Behavior Plan meetings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teachers and administrators to implement a structured behavioral plan.
• Work with students to reduce aggression, self-injury, property destruction, and disruption.
• Use BCBA strategies to instruct students per IEP.
• Provide mentoring and direct support during unstructured times.
• Collect data on behavioral interventions and monitor progress.
• Participate in IEP and Behavior Plan meetings.
