Job summary

GAMUT Behavioral Services is seeking motivated educators to support students in schools as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with students with behavioral challenges, following goals set by teachers/BCBA. This role offers school hours with no evenings or weekends and both full-time and part-time options.

Training is provided to become a BT, with opportunities for BCBA supervision. Ideal candidates bring a passion for helping students succeed, strong communication skills, and

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred experience in ABA, autism support, behavior support, or working with individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized goals set by a special education teacher and/or BCBA.
• Glean quantifiable data to evaluate effectiveness of the plan and progress toward goals.
