Job summary

The Greenfield-Central Community School Board of Trustees is hiring a Behavior Support Technician to provide Applied Behavior Analysis-based instruction to students with autism and related developmental disabilities in the school setting. Under the supervision of a BCBA, you will collect data and support academic, social, and behavior goals.

You will work in one-on-one and small-group formats, document progress, participate in training, follow crisis protocols, and help with IEPs and meetings.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• RBT certification or pursuit of certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct student instruction in one-on-one and group settings.
• Collect and analyze data on observable student behavior.
• Assist with skill acquisition and behavioral assessments.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Participate in trainings and follow safety procedures.
• Contribute to IEPs and meetings as needed.
