Job summary

Community Autism Services is seeking a School-Based Behavior Technician to support students on school campuses. You will implement ABA strategies under BCBA supervision, providing 1:1 and small-group support to foster communication, behavior, and learning readiness throughout the school day.

The role emphasizes school-day schedules, paid onboarding, supervision, and pathways for advancement within CAS. Minimum age 18 and a HS diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation to assigned school sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group behavioral support to students.
• Implement behavior intervention strategies and treatment plans.
• Support skill development related to communication, behavior, and learning readiness.
• Collect accurate behavioral data and session documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and clinical supervisors.
• Support students during transitions, routines, and challenging moments.
