Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS) is hiring a School-Based Behavior Technician to support students in educational settings under BCBA supervision. You will implement ABA strategies, collect data, and collaborate with teachers and clinicians to promote skill development.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs, bending and transitions.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group behavioral support to students.
• Implement behavior intervention strategies and treatment plans.
• Support skill development related to communication, behavior, and learning readiness.
• Collect accurate behavioral data and session documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and clinical supervisors.
