Job summary

360 Behavioral Health is hiring a Behavior Technician in the Inglewood area of California. You will work 1:1 with children and teens who have developmental disabilities, delivering ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.

The role offers paid training, mileage reimbursement, and pathways to full-time hours as needed, with weekday scheduling 7:30AM-3:30PM and local client placement near your home.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Genuine passion for helping children and teens grow.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 Client Support – Work directly with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Implement ABA Treatment Plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Provide Consistent Therapy – commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week.
• Track Progress – collect and record data to measure growth and guide next steps.
• Collaborate with supervisors, families, and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes.
• Maintain Professional Standards – follow HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies.
