Job summary

Pivotal Parenting Support in Inglewood, CA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to deliver ABA-based therapy to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities in home, school, and community settings.

You will implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision, provide one-on-one therapy, collect and record data using our online platform, and collaborate with the BCBA and the team to ensure consistent treatment approaches.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• Experience with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and implement behavior plans.
• Professionalism and confidentiality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Provide one-on-one therapy to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist with development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and team to ensure consistent treatment.
