Job summary

360 Behavioral Health is seeking a Behavior Technician in California to empower children and teens to grow, learn, and thrive. The role focuses on 1:1 client support and implementing ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.

Position starts part-time (15–20 hours/week) with potential to transition to full-time. Competitive hourly pay and weekend/holiday incentives are offered, plus mileage reimbursement and paid training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• At least 6 months of relevant experience, internships, or volunteer work in education or childcare.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 client support with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Provide consistent therapy, committing to at least 15 scheduled hours per week.
• Track progress by collecting and recording data to measure growth.
• Foster learning and growth through structured activities and interactive approaches.
• Collaborate with supervisors, families, and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes.
• Maintain professional standards by following HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies.
