Job summary

360 Behavioral Health is hiring a Behavior Technician in Commerce, CA to empower children and teens with developmental disabilities through ABA therapy. You’ll work 1:1 with clients and follow personalized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.

We offer a pay range of $20.00-$23.00 per hour, mileage reimbursement, paid training, and clear pathways to growth. Schedule is Monday–Friday 7:30 AM–3:30 PM, with weekend and holiday incentives, and a chance to advance to full-time based on center needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Genuine passion for helping children and teens grow.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 Client Support – Work directly with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Implement ABA Treatment Plans – Follow individualized plans under BCBA supervision.
• Provide Consistent Therapy – Commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week.
• Track Progress – Collect and record data to measure growth and guide next steps.
• Foster Learning and Growth – Use structured activities to help clients reach their potential.
• Collaborate as a Team – Work with supervisors, families, and colleagues for best outcomes.
• Maintain Professional Standards – Follow HIPAA and company policies to protect families served.
