Job summary

Pivotal Parenting Support LLC in Inglewood, California seeks a Behavior Technician to deliver ABA services in home, school, and community settings under BCBA supervision. You will provide one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities and collect data on progress.

Experience with autism is a plus; strong communication and patience are essential. Join a supportive team focused on compassionate, effective care and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
• Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and implement behavior plans effectively
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on individuals' lives
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Assist with development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistency in treatment approach
