The Kennedy Krieger Institute, Inc. is seeking a Behavior Specialist to coordinate behavioral services for students at the Southern Maryland Campus of Kennedy Krieger School Program.

The role involves case management, developing and implementing Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs), and conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) under supervision. You will train staff, monitor data, and participate in IEP meetings.

Formación

• Must obtain PCM certification within department timeline.
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• BCBA or RBT certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct FBA data collection, write reports, and present at IEP meetings.
• Develop and update BIPs for caseloads and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collect, graph, and analyze behavior data; share results with teams.
