Job summary

CLFC Healthcare and Communications is assembling a BCBA team for Anne Arundel County Public Schools to support the district's Behavioral and Mental Health Residency Model. The on-site role involves conducting FBAs, developing BIPs and supervising RBTs within twelve elementary schools.

Qualified candidates hold a BCBA certification and Maryland LBA license, with school-based behavior services experience and strong coaching skills for staff development.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Maryland license as LBA required.
• Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs.
• Experience delivering school-based behavioral services.
• Experience coaching educational personnel.
• Ability to clear required background checks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct or support FBAs for students with significant behavioral needs.
• Develop, implement and monitor BIPs using data.
• Provide direct observation, assessment, and consultation in classrooms.
• Model evidence-based behavioral strategies and support replacements.
• Supervise RBTs to BACB requirements and provide feedback.
• Coach teachers and paraeducators and provide guidance to staff.
