Job summary

CLFC Healthcare and Communications is assembling a team to support Anne Arundel County Public Schools' Behavioral and Mental Health Residency Model, embedding two BCBAs in twelve elementary schools. Responsibilities include FBAs, BIPs, classroom coaching and RBT supervision, all within a school-based setting.

You will collaborate with district leadership, participate in IEP/MTSS discussions, and help build school capacity for sustained behavioral supports on-site.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Current Maryland license as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA).
• Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs.
• Experience providing school-based behavioral services.
• Experience coaching and supporting educational personnel.
• Ability to clear the background checks required by Maryland law and Anne Arundel County Public Schools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct or support Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) for students with significant behavioral needs.
• Develop, revise, implement and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Provide direct observation, assessment and consultation in classrooms and school settings.
• Model evidence-based behavioral strategies and support replacement behaviors.
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians to BACB requirements and document supervision.
