Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and related evaluations.
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention plans and student programs.
• Collect and analyze data to track progress and intervention effectiveness.
• Maintain documentation: progress reports, data summaries, records.
• Attend IEP and eligibility meetings; contribute to goals and services.
• Oversee behavior-analytic programming for assigned students.
• Supervise and coach educational staff implementing programs.
• Train staff on behavioral and instructional strategies; provide feedback.
• Monitor fidelity of program implementation across settings.
• Model de-escalation and instructional techniques for staff.
• Make data-driven adjustments to student programming.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and providers for coordinated support.
• Develop staff capacity in evidence-based practices.
• Ensure services align with IEPs, procedures, standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional ethics.
