Job summary

KidsPeace Orono School seeks a licensed BCBA to lead development, implementation, and monitoring of behavioral interventions for youth with ASD and related needs. You will mentor staff, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure high-quality care across education and residential settings.

Applicants must hold BACB-verified BCBA certification and a Master’s degree in Human Services or related field.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB is required.
• Master’s degree in Human Services or a related field is required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills with ability to implement data-driven interventions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and monitor behavioral interventions for ASD and related challenges.
• Consult with instructional teams and educate staff on intervention strategies.
• Develop skill acquisition programs and positive behavior support plans.
• supervise direct service team members and provide staff development.
• Ensure documentation complies with BACB guidelines and audits.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and crisis intervention planning.
