Job summary

Woodfords Family Services in Manchester, Maine is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, 40-hour-week role providing clinical services in home, school, and community settings across Greater Kennebec County. The starting salary is $75,000 per year, with a $2,500 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification or ability to obtain.
• Experience developing, implementing and monitoring behavior analytic programs.
• Experience in settings with individuals with challenging behaviors.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations, assessments, and behavioral observations.
• Collect and analyze data to guide individualized programming.
• Develop and oversee behavior support plans and interventions.
• Train staff and caregivers to build confidence and consistency.
