Job summary

Camden Rockport Elementary School in Camden, ME seeks a School-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a 1-year, full-time role with benefits. Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Advanced degree required.
• Background check including fingerprinting.
• Maine Department of Education CHRC approval.

Responsibilities

• Support development of programmatic structures in day treatment and life skills programs.
• Conduct FBAs to identify root causes of challenging behaviors.
• Design evidence-based behavior intervention plans.
• Measure data over time and adjust interventions accordingly.
• Participate in IEP meetings.
• Assist with crisis and behavior management support.
• Collaborate with families and school staff.
