Job summary

Woodfords Family Services in Manchester, Maine, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position at our on-site school serving Pre-K through 5th grade.

The BCBA will provide behavioral and clinical consultation, perform evaluations, collect data, develop behavior support plans, and train staff and caregivers to ensure consistent, individualized interventions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Human Development or a related field.
• Board Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis or ability to obtain required.
• Experience developing, implementing and monitoring behavior analytic programs for individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Experience working in a variety of settings with individuals with severe interfering behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Conducting evaluations, assessments, and behavioral observations.
• Collecting and analyzing data to guide individualized programming.
• Developing and overseeing behavior support plans and interventions.
• Training and collaborating with staff and caregivers to build confidence and consistency.
