Job summary

First Children Services seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for school-based work in Mays Landing, NJ, serving the SNJ region. The role focuses on functional behavioral assessments, intervention design, and supervision of ABA therapists within a robust, performance-based bonus program.

Base salary listed at $80,000–$86,000 annually with full-time, exempt status. Requires BCBA certification, NJ LBA licensure, and 2+ years of autism-related experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, special education, or related field required.
• Active BCBA Certification required.
• LBA Licensure in NJ required.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal and documentation skills.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with children on the Autism spectrum.
• Ability to conduct functional Behavioral Assessments and create programs/behavior plans.
• Experience with ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP and AFLS assessments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with instructional treatment team and school personnel.
• Provide consultation with administrators, child study team members, and teachers.
• Participate in family meetings and conduct parent trainings.
• Provide interactive therapeutic solutions to minimize maladaptive behaviors.
• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavioral programs.
• Provide training and supervision to clinical support team.

Education

Master's degree in psychology, special education, or related field

Active BCBA Certification

LBA Licensure (NJ)

Strong interpersonal and documentation skills

2+ years of experience working with children on the Autism spectrum
