Job summary

First Children Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for full-time, school-based work in Atlantic City, Mays Landing and surrounding SNJ region. The base salary ranges from $80,000 to $86,000 annually, with a performance-based bonus program that may boost total compensation.

The BCBA will conduct functional assessments, design interventions, supervise therapists, and collaborate with school teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, special education, or related field.
• Active BCBA Certification.
• LBA Licensure (NJ).
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills.
• 2+ years of experience with children on the Autism spectrum.
• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments.
• Create programs and Behavior Intervention plans.
• Experience with ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP and AFLS.
• Provide parent training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with instructional treatment team.
• Provide consultation with school administrators and teachers.
• Participate in family meetings and parent trainings.
• Provide interactive therapeutic solutions to minimize maladaptive behaviors.
• Conduct behavior analysis to develop a functional, individualized behavioral program.
• Provide direct training and supervision to clinical support team.
