First Children Services seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time school-based position in Roselle Park, Plainfield and NNJ. You will conduct functional behavioral assessments, design and supervise interventions, and support teams across multiple environments.

The candidate holds a Master’s degree, Active BCBA Certification, and NJ LBA licensure with 2+ years of experience working with children on the autism spectrum.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, special education, or a related field.
• Active BCBA Certification is required (and NJ LBA licensure).
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills; 2+ years with autism spectrum children.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with school teams and administrators to implement behavior plans.
• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and design interventions.
• Provide direct supervision and training to ABA therapists and staff.
• Manage client data and outcomes across environments.
