The position offers a lucrative base salary in the $86,000–$93,000 range, with a bonus program and comprehensive benefits for full-time staff. Part-time options may exist with adjusted compensation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, special education, or related field.
• Active BCBA Certification required.
• Licensure in NJ (LBA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with instructional treatment team and school personnel.
• Provide consultation in schools with administrators and teachers.
• Lead family meetings and provide parent trainings.
• Develop functional behavioral assessments and behavior programs.
• Supervise ABA therapists on the team.
• Deliver interactive behavioral interventions across environments.
