Job summary

First Children Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the Atlantic City area. The role is school-based, full-time, exempt, with a base salary of $80,000–$86,000 per year and a bonus-eligible plan that may boost total compensation.

Responsibilities include conducting functional behavioral assessments, designing and supervising interventions, and training staff. Requires BCBA certification, NJ LBA licensure, and 2+ years of autism-related experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, special education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification is required.
• LBA licensure in NJ is required.
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills.
• 2+ years of experience working with children on the Autism spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with instructional treatment team in schools.
• Provide consultation with administrators, child study team members, teachers, and school personnel.
• Participate in family meetings and conduct parent trainings.
• Provide interactive therapeutic solutions to minimize maladaptive behaviors.
• Develop functional, individualized behavioral programs and supervise ABA therapists.
