The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for full-time, school-based work across K-6 settings. You will deliver direct behavioral services, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and school teams to implement ABA strategies across multiple sites.

The role offers flexible remote time for data entry, assessment writing, and plan development, with travel between 3-6 school sites and the district office.

Formación

• Active BCBA certification required.
• At least 1 year of BCBA experience.
• At least 6 months supervising RBTs.
• Experience with behavioral assessments, intervention planning, and data collection.
• Availability 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, Monday–Friday.
• Reliable transportation for travel between school sites and district office.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct behavioral services to students.
• Assist with FBAs and BIPs as needed.
• Contribute to IEPs and participate in IEP meetings.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data for decision making.
• Provide behavioral consultation to teachers and school teams.
• Shadow, train, and coach staff on ABA strategies.
• Supervise RBTs and support other staff as needed.
• Maintain documentation per BACB ethics and disability laws.
