Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS) is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide school-based ABA services in Jersey City, NJ. The role offers a full-time school-based caseload with hybrid onsite/virtual collaboration and competitive hourly compensation.

You will lead behavioral programming, support IEP teams, and mentor staff while utilizing evidence-based practices in educational settings. Strong collaboration and data-driven decisions are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification in good standing is required.
• At least 2 years of ABA experience in school-based or educational settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs.
• Use VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, SSIS to identify needs.
• Analyze and apply data to guide decisions and monitor progress.
• Ensure fidelity through data review and program adjustments.
• Coach and model evidence-based strategies for teachers and staff.
• Supervise ABA Instructors, RBTs, and Behavior Technicians in schools.
• Collaborate with IEP teams, admins, and families.
• Deliver professional development and classroom trainings.
• Maintain compliant documentation per district standards.
• Implement proactive behavior support and crisis prevention.
