Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS) seeks a School-Based BCBA to design and oversee behavioral programming in educational settings. You’ll support IEP teams, collaborate with teachers and families, and promote meaningful student outcomes.

You’ll lead FBAs, develop BIPs, and mentor ABA staff while leveraging clinical leadership and ethical, student-centered care. This role emphasizes balance, flexibility, and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Minimum of 2+ years providing ABA services in school-based or educational settings.
• Experience conducting FBAs and writing BIPs; supervising clinical staff.
• Strong collaboration and communication with school personnel and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized BIPs.
• Utilize VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, SSIS to assess strengths and needs.
• Collect, analyze, and apply behavioral data to guide decisions.
• Coach and model evidence-based strategies for teachers and staff.
• Provide supervision to ABA Instructors, RBTs, and Therapists in school settings.
• Collaborate with IEP teams and families to support generalization.
